Losing Jeremy. it was hard to lose my parents, but i got through it because of jeremy. but when he died, i lost it

He had never been more relieved to see Elena. With the chaos going on around him and with him losing all semblance of control and having had attacked several humans before he even made sense of what he had done, to have a familiar face beside him was the best thing that happened all day for Tyler. With no warning whatsoever, he threw his arms around her in a tight hug before pulling back to speak to her. “Oh my god, Elena, I –” he began, sounding like a little child in need of comfort, but all too soon he noticed the red in her eyes – she was not herself. “Elena? Are you – are you alright?”

elena couldn’t explain how she felt. she had never felt so, free. at least not since she turned off her humanity. all the guilt, worry sadness she often felt, the sadness over her life, was gone. she could have fun, she could laugh it was as if the weight of the world was off her shoulders. elena was shocked by tyler’s hug. he held her tight  ❝relax tyler, relax, it's not like it's my blood❞ she laughed looking at her shirt and winked.

I am not jumping for joy, but i am not gonna give her power over my life. all i have going on right now is school and looking for a job. if she thinks she can handle my school work load, she’s more than welcome to it. @born-a-damnsurvivor

Why dont you just tell stefan how you feel?

because i hurt him? i dumped him for his brother. what if me telling him reminds him of all that? besides last i knew he was into caroline. what if he remembers everything and go back to her? i know its selfish if they make each other happy, but its hard when i still love him. i always have @xheroicxsalvatore

If Katherine wanted to change and she actually proved it to you by taking steps to do so, could you ever forgive her?

For her to change, she has to apologize. which would mean she’d have apologize to everyone, not just me, but stefan, matt, everyone. if she did and truly tried to change, yes i would accept it and forgive her. trust her is another story @born-a-damnsurvivor

elena had heard a knock on her door. she had been studying and relaxing at home. she hadn’t heard form luke, one of the only people she knew from her old life in a while, but assumed he just went back to his old life. when she opened the door and saw hims tanding there, she was confused by the look on his face. she reached out and hugged  ❝luke! are you ok?!❞ she asked him looking him over

elena laughed a little ❝to be honest i wouldn’t just spring this on just anyone, but i’m kinda drunk❞ she admitted. it felt good to just get it off of her chest. she had been trying to keep it all together for stefan, caroline, and everyone, but she was at her breaking point ❝want one? on me❞ she offered
