The building in question is literally just across the street and both a T-rex and Badger animatronic in the alleyway there. The building would've been made a new location if it weren't for the jungle gym in there being too large for dining tables and chairs. The two animatronics in the other alleyway seemed broken but this animatronic unicorn outside the Freddy's building is just deactivated and intact.

Luckily for the animatronic unicorn, the greedy CEOs behind Freddy Fazbear's never passed up an opportunity to make more money. The unicorn was taken in, repaired, and plans were made to make it a new attraction. It was going to get its own stage, but for right now, it was in storage.
