Hi! Today was a big day for me! I spoke to my therapist about my age regression (before I had just mentioned that there was “something”) and she reacted super duper well! She literally told me that she’s happy I can be a kid sometimes, and I should be more open to myself about it. And she wants me to bring a stuffie next time! I dunno if this can help someone, but I guess I just wanted to share it for all people who doubt themselves, and to share something positive!

Hooray! My therapist also encourages my regression/dreaming. And I bring a stuffed animal to every appointment and she asks their name! I'm glad it went well!!
