Thank you Phillinte! That's very sweet of you, I've always loved the Arctic Monkeys, they're sound has a "most majestic pace", and their lyrics are full of "liveliness and verve." Maybe we could play it at our wedding. ;)

Well, even though "I'm Inclined, In matters of the heart, to speak my mind," I do believe you did the right thing, I feel as if you aren't too over the top, it's okay to act like you remember some one, even if you don't. Even though "I respect him [Alceste] greatly", don't let him make you feel bad about your actions. :)

The way Alceste was talking about trying to “fix” Celemine was so funny. You can’t change people, and besides “[he] should see [his] lady as a charming blur, and find all things commendable in her” instead of thinking about her flaws.

I totally agree! "Lover's rarely love to criticize", so he shouldn't see anything that needed 'fixing' if he truly loved Celemine,

Definitely! It's always been goal of mine to help change the world, and I think we can start by not gossiping about each other so often. Though I do "Believe in frankness.", I don't think speaking badly about people is the right thing to do. If I hear gossip, which I often do, I try not to participate in it, you should too!

How's your cousin, Celimene doing? I noticed she and Alceste had a falling out.

Celimene is doing well, still making friends right and left! And yes, unfortunately they did, let’s just say they had, ‘conflicting interests’. “Her heart’s a stranger to it’s own emotion.” you know, so she could still be in love with him, but not even know it herself.

When you love someone, there isn't anything gross or unflattering about them, even something that would normally be considered a be a negative aspect, is turned into something positive. like if everyone else see's your partner as stupid, you see them as splendidly simple. Or if everyone else says your partner drools all the time, you don't see that as gross, you see it as self moistening.
