You're so convinced you'll disappoint people if you show them that you're not perfect. You don't realize you are perfect. Your imperfections are what make you perfect. They make you you. That's what people love. It's what I love too.

True: Why I did not enjoy this book
Okay, so let me start off by saying that I was absolutely in love with this book until ‘the ceremony’.

I finished True!
Feeling emotional because the series ended :( Once again I am blown away by Hilary Duff and Elise Allen's collective imagination! Each book creates it's own world within the world of the series, and each of the installments was special to me in its own way.
Although the ending of True was a bit too abrupt for me (I wasn't ready to let the characters go!), there was still a lot that I loved! I enjoyed learning more about Rayna and her relationship with Nico through her eyes, and the sort of Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde twist with Sage was fascinating. I'll miss all the characters so much, especially Clea! I'll also miss Ben, who I still love despite his poor choices (I really wish the series had ended differently for him, I really liked him as a character and wish he has been given the opportunity to redeem himself). All in all the book wasn't exactly what I wanted it to be, but I still love the series.
Thank you Hilary Duff, I really enjoyed the journey through your books. I'm so glad you were brave enough to try something new! :)
Here is my current book selection. With the exception of a few, I am willing to review any, but I want to know which of these YOU want to see reviewed. Let me know!

"Seventeen-year old Clea Raymond has felt the glare of the spotlight her entire life. The daughter of a renowned surgeon and a prominent politician, she has become a talented photojournalist who takes refuge in a world that allows her to travel to many exotic places. But after Clea’s father disappears while on a humanitarian mission, Clea begins to notice eerie, shadowy images in her photos of a strange and beautiful young man -a man she has never seen before.
While fate brings Clea and this man together, she is stunned by the immediate and powerful connection she feels with him. As they grow closer, they are drawn deep into the mystery behind her father’s disappearance, and they discover the centuries-old truth behind their intense bond. Torn by a dangerous love triangle and haunted by a powerful secret that holds their fates, together they race against time to unravel their pasts in order to save their lives - and their futures.”
First book of the trilogy.
The pictures are both covers of the book. The one on the right is the one I’ve got.
I loved this book. First, I have to say that Hilary Duff was my idol when I was a kid. I remember when I first saw one of her music videos on tv, I was shocked and I loved it! That’s when I became her fan. Years after that, I found out she wrote a book. I looked for it and I bought it.
This book is an incredible story about soul mates. I think it’s great and I would love to know if some of you had read it or know about it.
I really recommend this book.
