F u l l n e s s ☀️ As the summer solstice prepares to dawn (tomorrow) every cell of my body lays exhausted, the endless fluttering from room to room & craft to craft that normally runs me round is stilled as I look up to the canopy of green leaves and flowers that towers over my little castle. . The solstice is the celestial pause, the time old practise of finding the awe that fills us when to stop and look around at the abundance of the world, when we become still enough to take in the diversity and richness of shakti at play. It’s in these moments we reconnect to the source that illuminates all the shades and colours of life we experience through our days here circling The Sun. It’s in this moment of connection we can touch the knowing that these energies that grow the plants towards the sky, the forces that ripens mangoes out of nothing but sun and water and brings flowers into bloom - these are the same currents of life that cycles within us. . So from the floor of my room, From the fullness of my heart, Too exhausted to hold anything but gratitude - Thank you, for all the flowers bursting with colour and the warmth of the Sun that lingers on these long days and for the tropical afternoon storms and the muggy cloudy days and the lighting over the ocean with its thunder that rumbled me to sleep last night. 🙏 . . . . 📸 @ec_holistic #summersolstice #natureworship #flowerpower (at Manly Beach, Sydney Australia)
