i wanna see a group in the tlou universe similar to this one group from supernatural.

in season one in an episode called “the benders” sam and dean are investigating the supernatural when it turns out that the evil in this episode is just normal people. these people kidnap others and lock them in a cage and set them ‘free’ as a hunt for them. the family was bored of hunting animals, and saw a challenge in hunting humans.

what if there was a group similar to that in the tlou universe? a group who is either bored of the similar patterns of killing infected, or just for training purposes, kidnap and hunt regular people like animals? monsters are predictable, but humans are not.
