Jett Headcanons
These headcanons are, mostly, for both Jetts. When I want to differentiate them, I'll explicity call each one as A!Jett and O!Jett.
Also, sorry for taking so long for doing these, I got too excited :D
Have fun!
- Jett is 20-25 years old. Usually, for my fics, I consider she's 23, just for as a guideline.
- Although they're the same age, A!Jett looks younger than O!Jett, mostly because of the chaos that Omega Earth has gone through.
- Canonically, Jett is Korean. BUT, a long, long time ago, her voice actress said that, since her appearence is so unique and she didn't have any korean voice lines bach then, she's Korean-American. I like this and keep it for myself.
- Her blue eyes are natural so. Genetics was kind to her.
- Her white hair, however, is a mutation caused by exposure to radianite.
- Jett already considered doing a plastic surgery for some reason she doesn't remember anymore. She gave up.
- She loves wearing hoodies and windbreakers jackets, no matter how hot the weather is.
- She also loves stealing Phoenix's jacket. She did it way before Yoru and multiple times.
- Phoenix is her best friend! They love chatting and doing things or nothing at all together.
- She also has a crush on him, but keep it low.
- Although she's not really on bad therms with her biological family (her relationship with them is better in Omega Earth than in Alpha), she considers the Protocol her real family, specially Sage and Neon.
- She sees Sage as her older sister who insists to act like her mother. It's sweet but annoying at the same time.
- She loves gossiping with Sage! Really, her infarmary is the best place to know about the hot news.
- Neon is younger than Jett, but she sees her as her equal.
- She also has a little crush on her but, again, keep it low.
- Jett and Neon often runs together, betting who's the faster.
- Sometimes is Jett, sometimes is Neon. Usually the score is 0-0.
- They usually run at night, not in the early morning with Skye.
- Jett is a nocturnal animal. This means she's pretty active at night and hate mornings. Daily trainings are a real struggle to her.
- She never skips her daily skincare routine, both at morning and at night.
- O!Jett sometimes make lives and reels about her routine. She updates her social medias often, to keep the public engaged with the Valorant Legion's fight.
- A!Jett, even liking the idea of being an influencer, don't post anything. You know, wanted criminal stuff.
- Her second option in life, after becoming a professional runner, was being an idol in a K-pop group, in the role of main dancer.
- She's great btw. And a huge Blackpink fan.
- She literally screamed when she discovered Yoru has almost debuted in a group.
- Unfortunatelly, life hits hard, and both Jetts gave up on this dream to do gastronomy school for keeping the family's restaurant.
- However, O!Jett had the chance to make this dream come true. With Phoenix's help, she did a song for a promotional video of her exclusive clothes. It's a huge hit in Omega Earth! You might know it as "Can't slow me down". She couldn't keep the idol career, but it was so fun to do it for a little while!
- Anyway, she also like to be a chef! Cooking usually calm her nerves and she love sharing her meals with the people she loves.
- Also, even that she can do salty dishes, she prefers desserts, specially cakes and pies.
- She started a Business Administration degree to help more in the family bussiness but she had to stop it. In Omega Earth this happened earlier since the world was falling apart and in Alpha later because of the Venice accident.
- Raze is another Jett's sister. They share a close and lovely friendship. They hang out, make graffitis, doodle, paint and work on coloring books together.
- Jett is a very extrovert person, who makes friends easily. She's part of the unofficial greeting comitee when new agents join Valorant.
- And she easily forgive the ones who made something bad with her. Like Vyse. One week and a half after Vyse joined the Protocol, they're already in good therms.
- She also thinks that Vyse metal manipulation is hella cool and she asks her do to some new kunais to her.
- But, only God can help someone who hurt her beloved ones.
- Like, Fade never did something directly at her, but she hurted Neon deeply. Even when Neon forgave Fade, Jett took a long time to act better with her too.
- Chamber is other case. Neon doesn't like him and Sage doesn't fully trust him. So, when Chamber aproaches Jett, she's always with her guard up.
- It's kind of a hard relationship since, when she joined the Valorant, Sova trained her with precision weapons, like Marshall and Operators (Outlaw didn't exist yet). When Chamber joined the team, he started to train her too. In her eyes, while Sova, her beloved older brother, gave her advices, Chamber only brags about how better he is than her and how awful her aim is.
- Even if both men say the exact same words, that's how she sees it.
- When Phoenix and Chamber started their friendship (which no one knows where this came from, till this day), Jett couldn't help herself but keep looking at Chamber like this:
- Anyway, her stubbornness wouldn't let her deal with some people easily.
- Did I said Jett loves betting? About anything she believes in, she isn't afraid of losing her money for it.
- Sometimes she loses a lot of money, but it never changes her opinion.
- She's also addicted to claw machines. She won't stop playing until she get, at least, one new plushie!
- She really loves plushies, her bed is full of them!
- Also, about her room, she loves to keep photographs about herself and the trips she do around the world with the agents, especially Sage and Neon.
- Surprisingly, it's easier for A!Jett to travel around. She just need to keep her presence low and she can enjoy easy vacations. What can't happen so easily for the multinacional superhero O!Jett.
- She's an easy sleeper. Just let her quiet for a while and she'll fall asleep.
- That's how she got this sunburns at first place.
- She also enjoy playing some online games with Phoenix, like CSGO, Cod and Marvel Rivals.
- After a long time of begging, Killjoy finally convinced Jett to try League of Legends.
- Since Killjoy insists that Akali is basically Jett from another universe, she said to her to pick our dear ninja.
- Jett isn't really that good LoL player, but she can play it decently.
- Usually, whe hasn't no one to play with her, she prefers calm and cozy games, such as Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing.
- She loves cartoons! And her comfort show is "Bluey".
- She's one of the few agents who can pilot the VLT/R, Valorant's aircraft. Ironically, though, it took her a long time after joining the Protocol to learn how to drive a car.
- She's a good driver btw. Not too fast, neither too slow.
I think I have even more headcanons for our windhead girl (she hates this nickname, she thinks it's too predictable and boring) but I don't remember now.
Anyway, I hope you liked these headcanons! I had a lot of fun writing them, and they helped me think more about Jett while working on my current fic.
