Hi everyone! I'm Adelaide, a composer and sound editor. This is going to be the only social I remember to post about, so I'm setting this up here as a central hub. Find more of my stuff at my website!

I'm trying to keep the Verdant Tide podcast going, but our release schedule might get a little messed up. I've become quite severely chronically ill and it's a bit difficult for me to really keep up with the podcast in addition to working full-time, grad school, and the new medical navigation and everything.

Just an update for everyone regarding The Verdant Tide, I've got the titles and status of the next 4 episodes. Each of these is a little shorter while I figure out grad school schedule stuff. Episode 2: Seven, the Ironbound is currently in SFX Editing. After SFX, music and mastering are left.
Episode 3: Lottie, the Curious is currently in SFX Editing. After SFX, music and mastering are left.
Episode 4: Caspia, the Wanderer is currently in SFX Editing. After SFX, music and mastering are left.
Episode 5: Doc, the Lost is currently in content editing. After content, SFX, music and mastering are left.

This project has been MONTHS of me pouring in work and I'm so excited that the first episode is out. I'm starting grad school soon so no promises on the following episodes, but I'll probably be turning down the "production value" on them so that I can get them out. This is a showcase/portfolio piece for MAGFest since I want to be able to pitch and give my card to other people doing audiodramas and ttrpg podcasts.
Sooooo new episodes when new episode, sorry I can't have a super strong schedule on this one.

SFX Done!
I'm really cutting it close with this one I guess, but only steps left are getting the proper cover art (working on it) and mastering for final release.
It's really interesting listening back and hearing all the things I did wrong, and how I'm gonna get to do it better in the future. I'd love to fix it right now, but sadly I can't really do that without setting myself back hugely and if I wanted this episode to be perfect it would never release.
The Verdant Tide: Trailer and Release Announcements
Hello everyone! I'm officially announcing the release date for The Verdant Tide. The trailer will be going live Christmas Day 12/25 and the first episode going live on New Years Day 1/1!
If you haven't heard of The Verdant Tide, it's my new actual-play ttrpg podcast using The Wildsea system. It's a personal character-focused podcast where hope, family, friends, and the dark corners of the world meet together upon the never-ending canopy.
You can subscribe to the RSS feed at RSS.com and it will be coming to most podcast storefronts a few days after the trailer's release (depending on how long distribution takes).
Music Done!
The music is done. We're definitely set for a 1/1 release date. Still unsure how I'm gonna host and release but that's an issue for 5 days from now Adelaide. I still have a little bit left for sound effects and then the final master, but it's been a looooong journey.
A teaser I thought I'd drop of some sound and voices regarding this. Hard at work, about 1/3rd of the way through the episode.
Alright, work is finally beginning. Just turned in another project that was taking up my time. We're all recorded so it's just editing and composing time now >:)
