leon let out a small sigh. it was completely unfair for ellie to be treated like that. for anyone to be treated like that. “come here,” he hummed and pulled her into that tight, warm and soft hug that are basically invented by him. “ everything’s gonna be all right, soon, eh? people will forget about it soon,” he spoke softly. “ay, let’s go then.”

“thanks” she mumbled, the words muffled against his shoulder. nobody had seemed to notice the couple of lines about her, but she couldn’t help but worry that it was just nobody talking about it in front of her. “sorry about... this” she said pulling back slightly to give a halfhearted gesture.
