I need some more days in a quiet studio to let my thoughts out. I feel almost suffocated in this house sometimes.

Why don’t you? If I had any creative talent I’d be letting it out all day. I just coop myself up in my room and suffocate myself, oops.

i thought i could handle it, i really did. coming from california, to punta, to london should be fine, how bad could it really be ? surely it couldn’t be that different, right ? no no, i was wrong. i feel as if the constant overcast sky is taking its toll on me and it hasn’t even been a week, i can feel my soul deteriorating already. so, since the sun managed to find it’s way out today, i won’t be wasting a second of it. c’mon, the lovely folk outside have provided some literature on what there’s to do around here and i can’t bare to spend another day cooped up in this house. you coming with, or what ?

oh please, i’m not ready to hear the list of complaints about the weather. we need to have some shade from the blistering sun, y’know? i’m not sure how you people constantly want to be in a tropical place, do you really want to know what hell feels like? because it’s the feeling of your skin blistering and peeling off like you’re some kind of human-snake hybrid.

Not to be dramatic but I left my favorite nail polish back in Punta Cana and my day is ruined. To top it off, my mom sent me a video of my cat sleeping on top of the dog. The dog. I’ve been replaced with a dog. I’ve been stuck here with separation anxiety and it’s not even rhetorical. This has been the worst day, honestly. Why are you looking at me like that? I told you, I’m not being dramatic.

Nah, it’s not dramatic at all. It’s like you’ll never find the right shade of it ever again, you know? I was obsessed with this royal blue color, I lost the polis, and I’ve never been able to find the right shade yet. Plus, I understand how it feels to be replaced by your cat. My cat cuddles up to my sister and I’m pretty sure she’s in the same category as a dog.
