Happy Pride Month!! If you're part of the LGBTQ+ community, remember that you matter, and you're important. Don't let anyone dim your light. When you look in the mirror, love the person you see. Because that's YOU. You're human, and you're amazing 💛
the trick about getting invested and confident in ur own concepts is to surround urself with other likeminded artists who are down to earth. i know nowadays especially people think "indie" and they think undertale or glitch pilots and they have paved the way for great things but i mean like. engage with your friends comics theyve been posting to an audience of 20-30 people. The people who are genuinely at your level with you. Who are working on their projects on the side because they still have a full time job to attend to. who go on long hiatuses because theyre in college and are crunching for tests at the moment.
maybe one day youll have all the resources you want to create your stories exactly how you imagine it at the speed you want it to be done, but until you get there you'll find so many people working with the same resources and available time that you have, and its about that network of small artists being able to support each other that can light a spark that you thought you needed an audience of hundreds to light.
What video game has the best opening scene or level?

This cold open from Little Nightmares 2.
[SPOILERS ⚠️]
Left me totally speechless...
I recommend anyone to try these games, btw. They're so underrated. Beautifully eerie and do such a great job of visual storytelling. Gorgeous ost, too.
What's the best video game easter egg you've ever found?

I was lucky enough to find Mystery Man on my first playthrough.
I remember it scared the shit out of me. Just stumbling apon this random-ass grey door in a hallway and seeing this spooky slender-man looking dude just chilling there. Worst part was how unnervingly SILENT everything is until you interact with him... and he just dissappears.
What game would you erase from your memory just to experience it for the first time again?

Undertale ❤️
Without a doubt.
My favorite video game ever. It changed my whole perception of life and self love/value. I still remember the first day it released and all us kids were talking about it and theorizing and asking "have you done this?" or "did you find that?". Best part of my teenage years.
Not to mention Toby Fox being an absolute musical genius with the OST. I listen to UT soundtrack to help me fall asleep or calm down when I'm too anxious. It's just beautiful video game music. The characters are all relatable and loveable. The world is rich and wonderful.
Undertale lives forever in my heart till this very day.
