Bad week

Tw/ Pain

A few months back we were moving into our new apartment. I was loading up the car and my dog got out for the 2nd time. I tried to catch him and I fell. Hit my knee right on the part of the concrete step where the top and side meet. I am still feeling pain. Especially with certain things. But today it has gotta pretty bad about a 8 on the scale. Ugh. It is constant. No matter how I position my leg it hurts. I need to make a doctor's appointment or something.
