Mordecai sighed softly, finishing putting all of the potions away then offering an arm for Socrates to crawl up on. âI understand and I am thankful for your advice, Elmo.â Mordecai replied with a soft smile as Socrates rubbed his cheek against his masterâs own cheek as he settled on the witchâs shoulder. Mordecai chuckled softly, arching an eyebrow at the younger witch. âI highly doubt you boyfriend could kill me, Elmo. But I appreciate the worry on your side.â
Elmo finished the tea, retrieving the milk and stirring, before placing Mordecai's mug near him. A small eye roll followed, "Yeah, advice." She chuckled, before watching the feline show it's affections to Mordecai, reminding of her own cat waiting for her at home. And reminding her that she needed to pick up some food for him on the way back, "He's not my boyfriend, unfortunately. But, he's older than time itself, and twice as ugly." She teased, jokingly, "Eh - he's harmless most days, but he could probably hurt a fly or two."
