Replenish means to make something full or complete again or return to its original level by replacing what has been used, lost, or emptied; like mother earth's complex system which we're a part of.

And yet, we're wired to complicate this simple phenomena by always chasing to be full or empty depends on what we like or dislike accordingly.

Time to replenish those thoughts🫰🏼

This caught my eye today. Did it deserve my attention? Maybe. It once gave me a headache that only I knew about. To everyone else, it’s merely a feature at an entrance. Funny how something so simple can have such an impact. I suppose the same can be said of a person.

What beauty am I allowing into my life? The beauty of being alone without feeling lonely. Little me would not agree to being alone for she feared being uncapable, perhaps incomplete without another soul beside her, whether a family, a friend or a lover. The concept of being alone equated to isolation and sadness; at least back then.

Times have changed and I’ve learned there is beauty in being alone, not in a melancholic way rather a reality that I embraced and not deny, because let’s face it, even if I had a twin, I would have still come out all by myself. It’s one of nature’s grand design, and it’s beautiful.

Day 1 of being lactose intolerant - the only possible thing to do now is daydream of those mornings with such treats. Nevertheless we're raising standards called discipline. I believe in you, dream on.

What standards am I raising this month?

Definitely discipline. I'd like to believe I'm a person of discipline only to find out comfort and convenience wins soon as discipline is tested by choices to make. We have to raise the standards by removing excuses; you either meet the line or you're apparently incapable (which I don't think you are)

Here goes nothing once again. The kind of again that makes me think, "Is this what they mean by never give up?" I start. I stop. Inconsistency. Yet the desire is persistent.
