For three months, we sat in our Zoom boxes at Bold Author’s meetings. His name was resonating, but I couldn’t place it. Then a light bulb incandescent. My favorite western movie is Shane. Gunfight scene at the very end. The gunfighter played by Jack Palance is Jack Wilson. That sealed our friendship. And as I learned about Jack’s recent journey and mission to educate, motivate, and guide senior citizens with his Living Well Series. I was down for this interview. I read ‘Empower Your Golden Years.’ Took notes. Magnetism for me is living some of Jack’s chapters. But he puts it all together. I told my son, a recent 40-year-old, to read Jack’s book. Never too early or too late. Some quick notes. Jack built candle factories. An architect. Volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. He writes about purpose and mindfulness, taking deep breaths. He played hockey. If you think you can or can’t, you’re right. Great stuff. Jack is brilliant, caring, mindful, and fun. Laughs at my jokes. Our friendship going forward; A problem. Jack wakes up at 4 AM every day.
