So I’ve made some goals for 2021... I know kinda late but better late than never. Anyway your thoughts become things... and the more you talk about your goals the more you write them down the more you think about them... the more likely they are to happen! So ima tell them to you hehe.

1. Drink 64oz of water everyday

2. Be able to complete an hour long yoga video from start to finish by the end of the year

3. Meditate for 30minutes a day and maybe that doesn’t seem like a lot to you but my hyperactive brain can barely sit for two seconds without doing something so 15 minutes twice a day is asking a lot

4. Spend less than 3 hours on my phone a day (gonna be hard as crap I know)

5. Reduce my waste by half. I don’t want my trash can to be overflowing every Tuesday when the trash truck comes

6. Start recycling (we don’t have pick up recycling here so idk how I’m gonna do that. Maybe I’ll take it to target)

7. Have half my plate be vegetables at every meal

8. Stop eating mammals (I feel like that’s a good compromise for my vegan complex)

9. Be able to hold a meaningful conversation with someone in Spanish

10. Go somewhere new

I volunteer at a humane society… where I literally pick up poop and play with dogs

So I thought… why not get paid to do this?

Well I applied for a job. At a kennel. So heh heh i might be paid to pick up poop now. Living the dream 🤟

Restaurants, stores I’ve never been in, new peoples houses, new tile and carpet in my own house

My parents got new tile in the bathroom and it took a month before I stopped completely recoiling every time I went

I went to a room of my aunts house I’ve never been in without shoes and I almost cried

Follow people who look like you.

As a plus sized person I was literally only following these straight sized conventionally pretty women. And like that’s great. But it was so harsh on my mental health.

All I would think when I saw them was “oh I’ll never look like that” “well if I looked like you I could do that too”

Then I cleared out all of those people from my IG feed and started following plus sized women. Women my size. Women bigger than me. Like I would look at them everyday and realize that the things I was thinking were “oh she looks so good in that, I think I would too” “I have a round face like hers and she’s so cute… so I must be cute??”

Like oh my gosh that has changed my freakin life.
