I honestly never thought I’d get to the point where I accepted that we’re over and that he’ll never be good for me. He’ll always treat me like a toy he can pick up and put down whenever he pleases. Part of me still has hope, but it’s surprising that there’s a much bigger part of me saying, “there’s nothing there for you anymore.” I’ll always love him, but I’m not going to stay hurt forever because of him.

How to Move on From Someone

If you’d move mountains to be with someone and they want nothing to do with you, it’s done. Don’t pretend it isn’t.

Drop any fantasies or illusions of reconciliation

Work on your relationship with yourself
