So basically not only did he violently rape her, it was dismissed with the claim that it is impossible for someone to rape their spouse, which we all know is bullshit.

I would like to add that Trump’s lawyer is completely ignorant of the law.  By 1993, largely in response to the women’s rights and equality movement, every state and the District of Columbia had passed laws against marital rape.

Ivana’s accusation of rape–which made it was far as a legal deposition in 1993, so it’s doubtful if she meant it, as she now claims, “only in the emotional sense”–was first made in 1989. However, spousal rape was legal in New York until 1984. Ergo, spousal rape is not only illegal everywhere in the country, it was illegal in the state in which Trump was domiciled when this happened.

I think that this goes a long way toward showing what kind of a person Trump is. If he broke the law, he would lie and say that the law didn’t exist. He would get others to lie for him and to tacitly threaten any reporter by reminding the reporter just how much of a bullying coward powerful Trump is. And he would be outraged that anyone expected him to be responsible for his own words and actions.  After all, that’s how he acted then and is acting now.

Every person in American deserves better than this slimetoad being in charge.

16 Year Old Black Girl Died in Custody in Louisville

6-year old Gynnya McMillen died in a juvenile detention center in Kentucky and her family is getting no answers and very little response from authorities.

This message came from her sister:

“I’m asking that everyone repost and share my sisters story on your pages and in any groups that will help us get it out there. My 16 year old sister died in custody of a detention center but they’re not giving out any info on how she was found and they’re saying here autopsy shows no cause of death. The news channels only played her story one time. We want justice and Kentucky isn’t giving it to us! Thanks for all the prayers and help.”
