Not sure im completely done with this just yet but I like where its at so far.

It is amazing how indirect things can have such a direct adverse effect on you and your goals. My family lost one of our elders I personally wasn't emotionally affected from his loss. However I was emotionally effected by my father's emotional loss and his return to place of origin for the passing of life remembrance event.

As a consequence I was unable to keep up with my academics through all the last minute this and that that needed to be done over that 2 week period.

On my journey I think I stumbled across a bit of knowledge even more powerful than "the secret". I found mastery of self, and inside of that I discovered that we as human beings have no real enemies. We are merely battling ourselves outwardly. What I mean by that is, if you hear something offensive and get offended. You should correct yourself for being offended not the offending party. I mean what in the hell about it struck you so badly that you are offended? Or let's say you had the opportunity to date your high school sweetheart and lost out on it because you felt inferior. You felt inferior she never said that and because of how you allowed yourself to feel she's dating your best friend chad, and oh yes, he lifts! Every opportunity you have is on you. If you have the ability to see multiple potential outcomes in a scenario and fail to act because something bad may happen. You again are hurting yourself. That negative or bad effect might happen but also there's a chance for the wanted result to happen. Think about it like a bird if they never learned to fly they probably never would have.

It has been at least two years since I last posted here. In that time I've continued trying to understand myself so that I can better focus on my goals in mastery. I have also fallen in love and lost that love to my own weakness and inability to be emotionally available as well as an unnecessary need to be appreciated by another. But as they say the road is paved for something better and so I was able to find some spiritual direction for which I am truly grateful and I hope to one day be able to continue my pursuits in this avenue. But all of that aside I have decided to launch my own creative business to help fuel a new mastery one I have been working on since the day I was born. This mastery is the ultimate mastery and I hope one day I'll be able to share the sum of my experiences with everyone! This mastery is called the Mastery of Self.
