I looovee multi-functional lots and have wanted to make one for San Myshuno for the longest time! And I thought someone else might find it useful as well. đ
This one here is an arts warehouse (with a creative space), an old dingy laundromat, a rooftop area for band practice and an apartment building. You can utilize it however you wish! I've shared it as a generic lot, but feel free to change that. You could potentially turn it into a small business or simply let sims hang out without any restrictions whatsoever.
