Tomorrow is an important day for me, i feel stressed.

I think to myself : "how would old me ---?"

But why? Why do I care of what old me would do? Aren't I trying to now what would new me do?

Right, what would new me do?

Relax, read a book, do nothing, focus on the present, tell myself I can win, I can do it, I've always been able to do it.

This is all I need to do. Think like my new self. Forget how you were before, because you now, is better than you from before.

Think about my family, and tell myself "it's for them, for their happiness" and for mine too. For my peace and don't forget, I should have fun. Enjoy doing what you love, because, love is stronger than anger and resentment, love is stronger than fear, than stress, than sadness.

Love is what makes us keep going. We live to do what we love.

I should also add that, for me, being mentally strong is the most important thing people should be.

While scrolling on Tumblr, i came across a video, quote "kitten bouquets etc". And a thought came through my mind, that is not uncommon, "we love what can please us, we appreciate what benefits us, but what if kittens never benefited us, what would we do?".

It is uncomfortable to think this way.

But I know, even if cats, kittens, animals in general, didn't benefits us, I would still protect them with all my power. After all, what came before us, is superior to us.
