Hey, I hope you’re okay! I saw that RUTIB hasn’t been updated as normal, and I thought maybe bc of yo6r Shadamy week contribution. But I had a nagging feeling and just wanted to try to check in, and make sure you’re okay 🩷

Aww it’s sweet of you to check in! Unfortunately it’s been a combo of things—the shadamy week fic ate into chapter editing time; the chapter itself wasn’t where I wanted it to be (as we get closer to the end of the fic the complexity of each chapter has grown); and I’ve also been traveling the last few weeks so there’s been no time 😭

I can’t guarantee the two week update schedule will last much longer tbh, but rest assured I am neither dead nor abandoning the fic !

Canon. Very rarely do I like engaging with AUs. Off the cuff, @junebalaya's take on Archie (however many) years later is one of my favorites. I actually wrote this piece for her focusing on this au!

43: Is there a trope or idea that you’d really like to write but haven’t yet?

Oooo... *evil smile* oooooo ho ho ho ho ho.

It will be in not the next chapter of Hanging On, but most likely the one following.

@lambpaca drew this when I told them ages ago what was about to happen. This was the sketch before they did a final draft, which will go up with the chapter.
