So I started this a while ago, but ended up having a big bout of burnout and ended up hating it/not finishing it. I originally planned to fully render it, but you'll just have to settle for the flats! This is my updated Neversona!

I did my first ever DTIYS contest!! It was for @_s0phty_ on instagram. I was inspired by this particular painting of Eros and Psyche, and I love how it turned out!!

HERO AU

I, unfortunately, have nothing else to post other than this "superhero" design that I've created for Will a while ago. In actuality, him and the rest of Annabel's group are considered anti-heroes by most people. They will use their powers to help in case of big catastrophes/attacks that would endanger the population at large, but they're also not above robbing the occasional bank/museum or any sort of typical hitman jobs. They're very self-serving. The one rule they have is never directly endanger the innocent... if they can help it.

Will here is an orphan who was raised as well as experimented on by a very shady organisation, from a VERY young age. He was raised to be a tool and nothing else. No questions asked. No identity outside of what his powers offered him. After a particularly big fuck-up, Will almost got taken out of commission but was saved by a "friend" in the last minute. This friend would later convince him to join a peculiar group.

He uses the ribbons spurting from his back to move around, climb and immobilize his opponents.

Cannot fly but is stronger than the average human (this will be a reoccurring character trait throughout the designs). He is also very dexterous but his self confidence issues get in the way most of the time.

Shape-shifting is his biggest power. His maleable body can also take a lot more damage than one would imagine.

Fire/heat are his biggest weaknesses. He can die if he gets exposed to high temperatures for too long of a time.

So uh. Ignore the fact that Bunnybel is approximately...a month late! School bit me in the ass, but I wanted to make sure I had something passable before it got to May! I decided to experiment with a different style of rendering a bit, and I have a tad bit of a love-hate relationship with what I've done, but eh. I tried smth out, and that's what matters! I've learned quite a bit doing it this way, so hopefully anything I liked will transfer to my typical art. Ignore the fact her bunny suit is unrendered, it would take me forever otherwise. just pretend its a stylistic choice, mkay?

I owe you all so much art once finals are over but I got a brainwave and unfortunately it might be here to stay until after my time in chemistry hell.

Nevermore Infection Au. Get ready. There will be doodles (eventually).

The entire thought that sparked this idea was Montresor getting infected, and Will creating/keeping around a Monty clone in order to cope with it. Because let's be real he absolutely would do that. I adore whatever's wrong with that little ragamuffin.

I have more thoughts but they will be saved for doodles (unless the urge to yap overwhelms me to the point I spew my guts out lmao)

So. You can probably tell that it's WAY past Easter, and that's because I decided to do the absolute most and try a new rendering style for my Bunnybel piece. Then finals prep hit. I'm basically in academic hell the next 3 weeks, but I'm going to try and set aside some time to get it done! If not, it'll be out once I'm free of my torment. Then get ready for a whole SLEW of art from me.

So I made this Nevermore staff oc years ago but just never ended up drawing her. But anyway - this is Effie!! She's the seamstress responsible for all the uniforms at Nevermore (and thus has personal beef with Lenore due to her absolutely demolishing hers every chance she gets)

This was just a quick doodle/sketch, but who knows, I might draw her a lot more!
