Now, a clever man would decide on a dish with the hopes of confusing me by making a completely different dish, and only a great fool would be thrown off by something as obvious as that. I am not a great fool, so I clearly wouldn't fall for that trick. But you've must've known I wouldn't fall for it, you would've counted on it, so you must be relying on your improv cooking skills to win the match!"

Soma: "Are you done?"

Subaru: "Not remotely. You see, the majority would give in to panic when doing something on the fly, thus losing without producing the finished dish. But I know you would serve a pretty good dish, so you wouldn't be panicking if you've already devised a plan beforehand! But seeing how I know everything about you already, I've already predicted all of your thoughts and how you would eventually spring into improvising on your recipe and that is why I thought to use my special bacon idea against you!"

~*~*!!Happy New Year!!*~*~

Hello everyone~! I hope you all had a wonderful New Year celebration and very happy holidays as well. Last year was great and I hope for this year to be much, much greater. I also want to dedicate this post as a Follow Forever for all my current blogs ( including this one, riptxde-undine, amped-predxtora, curious-sxnity,  zylbergxng, and a new mystery blog coming soon )

The drawing above was delayed because I was spending time with family and dealing with personal health issues. Right now I’m slowly getting over a cold, but last year I have to admit the bigger reason I spaced out here was honestly just lots of lacking in self-confidence and worrying over shit that had no basis. It becomes difficult to achieve anything if you continually doubt yourself or give up too soon, y’know? Everyone needs to have confidence in themselves. Basically needed a break and a huge dose of JUST DO IT in my system.

My New Years resolution is to better myself personally so I could stop worrying about little things and communicate a little more. With that off my chest, time for the loooooooooooong list of people I really want to thank for making the past 4-5 years here memorable.

who is more likely to hurt the other? [ Neither ]

[ I’m guessing this one is talking about hurting in a physical sense. Of course, they’ve competitively tussled a few times in the past before but I think they tone down after they started dating. Even if Lynne were to huffy and angry at Ikki, she would punch him in the arm but only gently compared to Drake (Sorry Drake. Bad friend Lynne, you’re a bad friend XD lol) ]

who is emotionally stronger? [ Lynne ]

[ A rather tough call, seeing how both Lynne and Ikki are rather naive to certain things. Ikki is more likely to deal with his emotions poorly during hard times, but then there’s Lynne, who is more likely to hide her emotions away and avoid the tough issues if she feels she doesn’t have to. But I guess since Lynne is more a realist, she would likely come around and would be more inclined to face her emotions and try fix things the best to her abilities in a calm manner. ]

who is physically stronger? [ Ikki ]

[ As much as Lynne doesn’t want to admit it, Ikki is capable of doing more things than she can. The girl is tough, but she also is shorter than him and he has been training more in his life while she prefers to fight just for fun mostly and doesn’t train much in her spare time. Lynne is used to fighting bandits and thieves trying to steal from her home and had to fend the fortress a good number of times, but it doesn’t match the effort Ikki puts into himself. She is capable of taking down enemies with her mind and using people’s weaknesses against them than try using her own strength. That’s just her style. Ikki has been doing more training to hone his skills to protect and defend a lot longer than she has, but Lynne has putting more of her focus into other things such as her craftmanship and scraping by while she travels. ]

who is more likely to break a bone? [ Both ]

[ Lynne may be cautious but that doesn’t stop her from getting beaten several occasions from both serious fights against strong enemies as well as non-serious competitive fighting between friends. But Ikki is pretty tough as well, seeing how he is the Whitebeard crew. He has to hold his own and protect the crew, so I’m sure he has his own fair share broken bones during his travels. ]

who knows best what to say to upset the other? [ Probably Lynne ]

[ Lynne is observant, especially when it comes to Ikki. Even though she wouldn’t say anything to purposefully hurt his feelings, she does know what to say to get him riled up and just teases him to get a funny reaction. Both Lynne and Ikki are rather chill in general, so real arguments don’t happen often. Even though in a petty argument, Lynne would yell at others every now and then, but in a serious argument, she can become more cold and quiet. She wouldn’t normally hurt Ikki so carelessly. Ikki is capable of showing more emotion compared to her but I think both of them would try to avoid saying anything unnecessary. But if Lynne was stubborn enough, I think she would let something slip that she wouldn’t mean to. ]

who is most likely to apologize first after an argument? [Um… probably Ikki]

[ Of course, Lynne would apologize… if she knew she was 100% wrong on the subject. But even then, it would take some convincing. She may be levelheaded but she is stubborn as stubborn can be. If she felt bad enough or if she knew she is in the wrong, she’ll eventually apologizes, but don’t expect it to be soon. I think Ikki is more likely to speak about the matter sooner and maybe apologize unless he doesn’t have to.]

who treats who’s wounds more often? [ Lynne ]

[ Lynne is too used to treating herself. She always had to let her Aunt Karmala help her but she wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it. She would also be too stubborn to let someone else take care of her wounds anyway, especially if she has to explain how she got them. And she’ll force Ikki to let her treat his wounds, cuz she’s nice in a bossy sort of way. ]

who is in constant need of comfort? [ I guess Ikki? ]

[ Since Shelly told me that Ikki was kind of clingy sometimes, I can imagine him wanting attention. Lynne pretty much always needs her own space, but when she does want Ikki’s attention, she’ll hope that he can somehow read her mind so she wouldn’t have to say out loud. If that doesn’t work, she’ll have to wait until they were alone and cling onto his back so he wouldn’t look at her face ]

who gets more jealous? [ Uh….. maybe… both? ]

[ I think they both feel an equal amount of jealousy in certain situations. It’s just that they both handle it in their own ways. If Ikki was clingy before, I’m sure he’ll show the other person that she’s his by hugging her close to his side. And Lynne makes her feelings known to Ikki but huffing, pouting, or just simply clearing her throat and raising a brow at him. I think Ikki would want to send a message to others that were making him feel jealous, while Lynne doesn’t want anyone else other than Ikki to know that she was getting irritated over what’s happening. But I think they feel it by the same amount]

who’s most likely to walk out on the other? [….God that’s… wow. I don’t think either]

[ Well, this was sort of a painful thing to think about. My feels…. Even though this is hypothetical, I don’t think either character would just simply walk out on one another. I mean, if they were to break up, I think they would do it after discussing about it. Both Ikki and Lynne are loyal people and they wouldn’t walk out on each other. Both of them would at least attempt to patch things up but if all else fails and they know what needs to be done, they will just end things together and move on with nothing left to be said.]

who will propose? [ I can imagine Ikki ]

[ Because Lynne wouldn’t make the first move for the life of her, let’s be real here. ]

who has the most difficult parents? [ Uh I guess Lynne ]

[ Ikki has that cool mom and Lynne has a giant friendly family but while her dad is the friendliest out of all of them, he still one of those whiny I’M-NOT-READY-TO-GO kind of dads over Lynne, so I think they have to deal with his whiny-ness a bit, but overall, both their families are cool ]

[Again Lynne can’t initiate anything ]
