[🧪] How do you really feel about Amanda? You must realise that she will die before you do. What will you do without her?

[Sarek is unsure of how to respond. He does not know why, but his typical restraint is lacking. He desires to answer truthfully, but he is unsure how to explain the extent of his feelings towards Amanda.]

Amanda... she is... everything to me, my soulmate. She is intelligent and beautiful and talented and quite possibly the strongest human I am acquainted with. To put it simply, I love her with every atom of my being. I would rather perish than be without her.

When she inevitably passes... I would wish to prolong her life, but she would find the thought immoral, living beyond the time naturally allotted to us by some higher power that Amanda cherishes as a part of her human nature.

I will grieve. I do not know if I will ever recover from her loss. It will be as if I walk the galaxy as a hollowed shell of the man I was with her. If I were a weaker man, I would follow her and have our ashes spread across her gardens. However, she would not appreciate my actions, she has told me many times that she wishes for me to continue living after she is gone.

That is what I will do. Without her, I will continue to live, honoring her life and her last wishes, even with an emptiness in my side where my heart once laid.
