So, because of quarantine, I've started writing a book. I'm doing research right now for a few things in nyc, and something I've discovered is... an abandoned movie theatre turned concert hall.

Lowe's 46th Street Theatre.

Imagine this abandoned theatre as a club. Something that welcomed this new generation, but cleaned up & classy enough to show off the architecture & beauty of what it is.

Someone fund this because it won't leave my mind 😂
