And here went another day of detention. It was very much a constant for someone like Emir who was more likely to get into a fight than not. He was the son of Rafal Kovali after all. Someone talked shit and they were going to get hit. Keeping his cool when it came to a situation like that was an afterthought. To be honest, he was kind of surprised that people were willing to test his patience like that. His reputation meant they never knew what he was capable of doing at any given moment. This particular situation called for that guy getting beat down. They were only playing soccer, but that was when things got intense, wasn’t it? Teenage boys were all full of testosterone and hopped up on energy drinks. All that guy had to do was shove him twice and Emir was set off. It didn’t take more than that. Once was an accident. Twice was a personal thing. Even if the guy kept saying it was an accident, he had kind of snapped and punched the guy in the face. Which landed him in the prison known as detention. He was sure that would come to bite him in the ass in the future.

Looking around the room, he saw the usual suspects. Most of them were acquaintances now and it was basically a guarantee that most of them would be seeing each other more often than not. They were kind of like that movie The Breakfast Club. All of them were very different people, but they were just stuck in the same place a few times. His eyes landed on Luna who was sitting near him. She was a few seats away, but his eyes normally gravitated towards her. He wasn’t going to lie and say he didn’t have a bit of a thing for her when he did. And he was pretty sure he made it obvious. Getting up from his seat, he moved to the one next to her before leaning over to whisper. “You think we can get out of here without our lovely warden noticing?”
