These past 3 months have been a series of unwraveling all the patterns I’ve been stuck in thinking I’m keeping myself safe.

Note to self: shutting ppl out to the point where you are so isolated you become completely empty and literally want to die is not a form of protection. It’s a form of self sabotage coming from a place of feeling incredibly lost & alone.

I know this now in this moment. That’s good.

But what happens when I get so wrapped up in my cycles again thinking I’m keeping myself safe then all of a sudden, can’t get back up again?
