This is from the manga "The Electric Tale of Pikachu" by Toshihiro Ono... who is also a hentai artist, and it showed in some of the art, in particular with various female characters. Back in the day, there were 3 versions of the manga; the original (I've mostly only seen it in Japanese) which showed certain characters in scantily clad outfits (some I'd hesitate to even call "clothes"), and- I'll just say it, the girls had big torpedo boobs. Second was the "medium" edit, in which certain outfits were adjusted and drawn-over (I actually got this version from my parents as a Christmas present... also, it was the 90s, so the manga was flipped to read like American comics, and this kinda messed-up the order of certain scenes, etc). Third was heavily edited, not only were the outfits changed, but a lot of female characters were drawn-over to be totally flat-chested (from one extreme to the other I guess). Other parts of the story were titled "Pikachu Shocks Back", "Electric Pikachu Boogaloo", and "Surf's Up Pikachu". Despite the torpedo boobs, the art-style in general is very interesting, with smooth lines and shapes, and it was the first time I had ever seen Pokemon drawn in slightly more "realistic" ways, and they look pretty cool. Also, some very fun Team Rocket images, including the famous "pregnant Jesse"!
