i suspected it from the start (last year) but i think its safe to say i definitely have a morty introject / i might be the morty introject

its difficult to tell whats an alter whats an introject whats a kin whats a FEELING when ur dizzy from dissociating pretty much 25/7 and have memory loss as is. i really have to just not think abt anything too hard but make deductions anyways. whos even fronting. who knows.

#my main thing I relay on is if i get source memories or other very intense feelings when 'kin shifting' n that only happens w like #3-4 characters so ive been focusing on those lol #i mean im pretty sure one of them fully is an alter bc ive had the most communication and sensations from her in a distinctively not me way #the rest is who even knows #not to be tmi on side but fairly bad shit happened to me during each of when these parts couldve formed too #so its like grrr #or again my dpdr is kicking me ass bad. or im fucking nuts
