Work from home jobs are the worst with em, blessed to find my official real work from home employment.
I love rebloging. Itās the adult equivalent of showing everyone the cool rock I just found.
people b saying things so definitively. like man i think it depends
One thing that helps me in dealing with cluster headache attacks is just repeating "it can't kill me, I won't die, it'll pass, it can't kill me..." in my head. Because it's true. It doesn't have the power to kill me. It can only make me feel like I'm dying.
Me right now with how long Iāve been staring at this computer lol
Itās all frickin perfect BABAYY!š
Years of personal growth can be unraveled in 2 days at your parents house
Hello please reblog this if youāre okay with people sending you random asks to get to know you better
Me right now while Iām on break from my work from home job, WITH my literal Winnie the Pooh stuffie Iāve had since birth. š
Some stress is obvious. Deadlines, arguments, lack of sleep. But one hidden source of daily stress many people overlook is constant noise.
Traffic sounds, nonstop notifications, loud workspaces, television in the background, crowded environments, and digital overload may quietly keep the body in a prolonged state of alertness. Over time, this constant stimulation may contribute to mental fatigue, irritability, poor sleep quality, difficulty concentrating, and even hormonal imbalance linked to chronic stress.
When the nervous system rarely gets a chance to rest, stress hormones like cortisol may stay elevated longer than they should. This may impact energy levels, mood, cravings, sleep patterns, and overall wellness. Many people notice they feel exhausted even after resting because their mind and body never fully disconnect from environmental stress.
Creating quieter moments during the day may help support emotional balance and recovery. Simple habits like reducing screen noise, spending time in nature, practicing mindfulness, improving sleep routines, or taking short breaks from overstimulating environments may support healthier stress management and overall well-being.
Sometimes wellness is not only about diet and exercise. The environment around you matters too.

shoutout to my sensitive skin friends - loving this heatwave and how reapplying sun cream to my face is making me break out in a big way
Iāve had luck thus far using an oil free version since Iām already naturally oily skinned. Maybe Iāll stay updated if anything changes on this!
