Lowk mark is so underpowered in many variations like, that man controls the WEATHER and shit. He could summon a sandstorm mid battle, he should be labeled as the strongest but Len keeps him in check to not go haywire. Like cmon, put some respect on his name.

The reason why the rogues listens to Len in the first place is bc they KNOW he can pull them right back in line. Maybe a little extreme, like breaking Axel's rib but he straighten up afterwards. Lets be fr they'd be a tough ass group to take down but their morals is what keeps them from going to their full power unless it's only them and Flash/someone they dont fw
