It looks photoshopped... heavily.  From her before pic, they created a brow bone out of nowhere & her eyes doubled in size.  Forehead implants exist, but she doesn't have one...and eyes don't double.

Looks like buccal fat pad removal and a series of nose jobs (with silicone implants in the nose)...and a canthopexy (undereye procedure to pull up the lower lid).  There's filler in the lower lids too.
