why and how can be found in exploration and practice. let's see what we can find by developing this skill!
heyyyy, buddy
heyyy, buddy
here's another vision/moodboard I made earlier this year. cute. suits my moody little summer heart ;)
love you buddy stop on by if you need to talk
ps. you don't need to react to everything
Leaning into your stretches, quiet moments, and breathing exercises helps to regulate your mind and body. Box Breathing is a simple and excellent technique to have in your toolbox. Have you tried it out?
You don't have to love someone to be kind and considerate. Please take care of yourself, buddy!
clear. focus. repeat.
An easy way to journal is the Five Things method.
Simply write down five things you did, every day. It doesn't have to be more than a word or two, if that is what works for you. It can be a thought, or a call, a task or a moment of relaxation. Journaling about your day helps you take note of your day (as well as helps to navigate the flow of your thoughts and feelings) and can help you in reflecting and then releasing each day in order to rest well and ready for the next day.
sometimes mistakes feel really glaring and we have to choose to move forward anyways Empowered Endeavors suggests that mindfulness starts with the breathing exercises they teach you in elementary school. Mindfulness is awareness. No judgement, love.
Just keep bringing yourself back to center. It's natural and human of you to have feelings! ps, you don't have to react or respond to it all!
little things I was messing around with...
I put this one one a tshirt, maybe I'll link you later!
this is one of the vision boards I made myself earlier this year! what is one thing you can do to help center and support yourself through the rest of the year?
