Repost from my favorite yoga teacher @tbootow For those of you who are consistent all year round get there early. Because Jan - Mar there is someone coming for your space LOL... but it's the truth. I love that so many people come, because some of those folks, not all of them, but a few make it a habit. If even one person from the new year rush makes it a habit. Yoga has done its job. Happy New Year Yogis!!!
