Day7️⃣ MINDFULNESS

I have my thanksgiving meditation routine each day before 5 pm tea time. I just seat for a while and think of what I am grateful for. Than I drink my tea and eat some biscuits thankfully and that’s it. It makes me happy in such a simple way.

DAY6️⃣. HARDENER

Try hot cold showers. One's circulation can be given a tremendous boost by taking a shower and alternating the flow of water from hot to cold, back and forth. The result is invigorating and extremely healthful. Hot water is relaxing, helping to reduce stress. Cold water helps relieve inflammation and stimulates the removal of toxins from elimination organs like the skin and lymph. Temperature and pressure stimulates healing and cleanse toxins.

How to do that- Slowly increase the temperature up to the point that you can barely stand it. Quickly expose all the parts of the body to this hotter water including the top of your head and your face. Now turn the water temperature down to the coldest tolerable setting. No matter how cold the water is, at its coldest, it cannot harm you in any way. The only thing stopping you from going to the coldest setting is your ability to confront the experience. Do skin brushing using a natural bristle skin brush. Scrub yourself hard with the dry brush all over your body before this hydrotherapy to increase your sensation, feeling like new born.

DAY5️⃣. 5 ELEMENTS DIET.

This is so obvious but obligatory. You are what you eat. This is scientifically proven that your the intestines are our second brain. Research has shown that the body is actually composed of more bacteria than cells. Collectively, these trillions of bacteria are called the microbiome. Most of those bacteria reside in our gut, sometimes referred to as the gut microbiota, and they play multiple roles in our overall health. Our gut microbiota play a vital role in our physical and psychological health via its own neural network: the enteric nervous system (ENS), a complex system of about 100 million nerves found in the lining of the gut. Psychosocial factors can trigger symptoms in the gut called FGIDs and Vice-versa, poor gut health has been implicated in neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders. Disturbances in gut health have been linked to multiple sclerosis, autistic spectrum disorders, and Parkinson’s disease, depression as well. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine we have also energetic channels in the body called meridians and the way of cooking has the big impact on the vitality and health condition, so that I am cooking this way for years. DAY4️⃣. BECOME A MINIMALIST.

Michael Angelo the artist once said: “Every block of stone has a statue inside it and it is the task of the sculptor to discover it.”

Less means more. Throw out everything what doesn’t serve you. Things, Clothes. Leave people who are not into you too. Don’t hesitate, because you are making a spare space for new which is good for you.

Clean your place from dirt and dust to move the energy which is blocked.

Make a capsule closet. Find your unique style that defines you. Limit your wardrobe to basics, 3 favorite colors, 2/3 pairs of jeans, t-shirts and one suit and to compose with accessories a classic look. Coco Chanel said that the fashion will pass away but the style will lasts forever.

Minimalism is the way to find yourself genuine as you are.

DAY3️⃣. MAKE YOUR BED.

This is admiral McRaven advice. Do it right, the corners would be square, the covers would be pulled tight, the pillow centered just under the headboard and the extra blanket folded neatly at the foot of the rack. If you made your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride and it will encourage you to do another task and another and another. And by the end of the day, that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed. Making your bed will also reinforce the fact that the little things in life matter. Making your bed will also reinforce the fact that the little things in life matter. If you can’t do the little things right, you’ll never be able to do the big things right. And if by chance have a miserable day, you will come home to a bed that is made, that you made. And a made bed gives you encouragement that tomorrow will be better. So if you want to change the world, start off by making your bed.

DAY 2️⃣ Write in your planner: All is perfect, whole and complete

📌 GO FOR A WALK.FIND YOUR TREE 🌳 .Go to the park or to the woods. Breathe. Concentrate on your senses. Focus on it.Find your tree and embrace it. Give it a name, let it be your best friend to confess. Stop the world. This is your space.No one can disturb you.Take the burden off your heart.Relieve the tention of your body.Relax.Take your time. Feel how stressed and exhausted you are. That’s ok. You have a right to feel it. Close your eyes for a second and say to yourself: I leave here and give back to the universe all what doesn’t serve me and take the wisdom and strength from the universe to heal my situation and overcome my problems.Don’t analyze, just do it. Subconscious likes rituals.Treat yourself kindly. This is one of your new habits you will implement and improve each day, step by step.

We the people in our Life experience...

We are the people. We are the humans, not persons only. We are the last generation.What makes us humanity is our minds which means not only brains, the thoughts we have, but something much more, because mind is intellect going with heart together and you can call it your soul, your real ID, the essence of human being and the life meaning. It defines who you really are and why you are here. We think, we feel, we decide- we have the free will.We live here only for a mark so ask yourself 3 big questions-what  I want to experience, what I want to give others and what  I want to leave immortal? What are my core values then? Those who have “why” to live can bear with any “how”.

Life is not fair on this planet Earth and we should not be ignorants.Those who are-shame on you cowards, leading your boring, comfortable, indifferent, but not decent life. This is not living but existing and it makes a huge difference. Might you live in an interesting time- this ancient curse comes true now. The world we knew and the life we led is gone and will never return. All of us feel exhausted and confused, but the end is a new beginning and the crisis is dangerous and opportunity as well. When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves. Are you ready for that? Do you have the skills, the tools, the strategy, a plan? I have and I want to share it with you-this is my answer to the big 3 questions above and my personal “Why”.This is my way in searching life meaning as a human I want to sustain.
