قرأت نص يقول "أن المرء يشعر بكل شيء في أعماقه، يشعر بمن توقف عن حبه ويشعر أيضًا بمن ينتظر منه كلمة" و أعتقد أن الشخص ممكن أن تصل إليه الإجابة من غير أن يسأل والسبب أنه يشعر بأعماقه، دائمًا كان الشعور الداخلي يجيب ويعلم ويجرح ويطيب، وكأنه بمثابةِ الإجابات التي ننتظرها.

ليس كل الصمت يعني أنك لا تريد التحدث مع أحد، لا يعني رغبتك في العزلة أو حفظ أحاديثك الداخلية لنفسك، ولا يعني أنك لم تجد الشخص المناسب للتحدث معه. أحيانًا تلتزم الصمت لأنك لا تجد تفسيرًا أو كلمات مناسبة لشرح ووصف ما تشعُر به، تكون فوضويتك الداخلية أكبر من قدرتك على التحدث.

learn to be a good listener. learn to differentiate between giving opinion and just genuinely wanting to be there for someone to listen to them. if someone confides in you don’t make them feel shit for ‘over reacting’ or getting annoyed over small things especially with people who’re just starting to open up to you
