For me it's hard to say because I don't really know if what I felt were crushes or something else. I can remember 3 instances in my life that I felt a... need or a pull towards someone, but I only know that in retrospective. Like, at those times I wasn't even aware.

Was that love? Was that big platonic crush? I didn't feel what others describe as crushes and yet whatever I felt was so alien and weird and I haven't experienced it at any moment since...

I am a hopeless romantic, but might also be aro too. I already had my thoughts but this made them stronger.

Okey, been thinking about it and I think I got into something because when I focus on movies I grew up with I get disney, nature documentaries and scify movies, and for some people that's a weird mix.

I love The Hunchback of Notre Dame as much as Independence Day, Hercules and Dante's Peak, Tarzan and Matrix. I was first a disney kid and then a scify teenager, both growing up with the nature encyclopedia open almost 24/7. Add a few years of anime to the mix and you have me.

I know I already made a post to this effect but it's so baffling to me when someone defends the fact that headphone jacks are slowly but surely getting phased out by smartphone manufacturers with some variations of "wireless headphones are more convenient anyway" bc like. If we're talking about convenience what I like about wired headphones is that they conveniently have a single plug that makes the same damn pair of headphones universally compatible with every single audio-output-capable device I own, from my phone and my computer to my fucking gameboy and my casette player, it doesn't get any more convenient than that.
