Devotional Journaling
I cannot express the importance of daily (or weekly) devotional and gratitude journaling. Writing letters to the Gods and expressing my devotion and gratitude for them directly connects me to them in an unexplainable way. This is great way to offer devotional acts.
Some things I like to include in my journal:
• Prayers
• Poems
• Reminders of them
• Drawings
• Printed Pictures
• Letters
• Gratitude
• Pressed Flowers
• Polaroids
• Manifestations
• Affirmations
A lot of the time, loving and admiring yourself is a choice you’re making in the moment, even if it’s just smiling at yourself in the mirror or whispering “that’s good” after you’ve finished doing something. If you just keep on practicing acknowledging yourself in those little moments, you’re already doing really well.
“I hope one day we can forgive each other for not being what we wanted each other to be”
