figured id crawl out of my grave to provide some info!
The poly ship of these 3 (potentially more if you consider the other rooms-like games) stems from the games all originating from the same genre type and all of them drawing inspiration from the Roblox game; Rooms! Which I believe took inspiration from Spooky's jumpscare mansion
all 3 games have the same premise; survive node monsters and entities while trying to go through a set (or infinite) amount of doors! All 3 games do unique takes on it too! Which results in their unique dynamic, theyve all been through similar, but very different things.

Headcanon that because the rooms player/Employee has to survive in the dark a lot (if it wasn't for the batteries and their flashlight they would be roaming in pitch black corridors)
Their pupils are dilated most of the time, and are also sensitive to light
The gang has to be careful not to flashbang their face (specially sinner they just flash everything they see omg)
But they can hear very well, yup
They can find things through echolocation if focused enough
