We’re one week out from sign‑ups closing for Arlathan eXchange 2026, and the first stirrings of the Arlathvhen can already be felt.
Whether you’re already polishing your requests, still shaping your offers, or simply deciding if this is the year you want to step into the circle, there’s still time to settle in and make your choices.

☆ Reminder to check your AO3 emails. We will begin reviewing existing sign-ups, and if there are any clarifications needed, we'll let you know.
☆ Be careful when editing your sign up! AO3 has been known to add "Additional Tags" you didn't select. Please double-check your requests carefully to make sure tags like "Fanart" and/or "Fanfic" haven’t been added without your consent. If you discover an issue AFTER assignments go out, please let a mod know right away.
☆ If you included any Treats‑related tags on your OFFERS. Please do the mods a favor and remove them. This helps keep matching clean and prevents the system from getting confused. We appreciate your help with this!
☆ Creators are not required to follow provided prompts. Prompts are inspiration, not guarantees, so please don’t rely on them to keep you safe from triggers or squicks. We highly recommend including clear Do Not Wants (or linking a letter with them) in each request. The more specific you can be, the better. If you truly have no DNWs, please state that clearly in your prompts.
☆ Requesting a specific OC? Please be sure to include a link to information and/or art references so your creator has something solid to work from.
☆ Remember that you can tailor your offers to existing requests. Offering ships or characters that are already being requested increases your chances of receiving a match.
