Couldn't wait to break into one of my hot sauces, with leftover Chinese takeaway! Also this confirms it is definitely just the texture of pineapple pieces after cooking I dislike, not the flavour after processing. Lovely sauce with just a hint of pepperiness and pleasing spice blend. I got the whole "Sunshine" trio, as part of my purchase, as I love mango and the Caribbean sauce sounded nice too.
