ARE WE GETTING NAKED MASTER
let the sky fall
He could hear that voice, a familiar one he had heard many times before, and served to help him feel better. The other half of himself, a part of his soul that was closer than he could ever get to that remaining part of Hers. Suzumushi’s voice, be it any of its forms, would always be able to soothe Kaname and make him feel at ease.
But something was different this time.
The voice sounded distant, unfamiliar. It was like Kaname had heard that only a few times, not enough to grow attached. But he was aware who it was, who the voice belonged to, just as well as he knew that the reason as to why he would feel like that—
—Was because the monster in him refused to acknowledge anything other tham himself as being part of Kaname.
The dark-skinned male knew it would happen rather frequently until he was completely able to control he Hollow. He knew it would be hard, and there would be some sort of fight frequently— He knew he would need to be strong enough to tame it and bring it down to his own wishes. And he was trying, he really was, but sadly the Hollow had made his way into corners of his mind Kaname wished no one would ever see.
"Suzumushi…" He breathed, and the darkness around him— both physical and mentally this time— ate the words to feed itself. Kaname flinched and closed his eyes, hands grasping at the fabric of his own attire to try and get some control at least over himself.
“S̍ͮ̉u̓z̍ͨum̬͊͟uͮshi͒”
The monster replied in his mind, still not speaking through his own lips, but making the word, twisted by its own voice, echo through his head over and over again. Kaname flinched again, and gasped loudly, trying to keep control over his breathing.
"Get out of h̚҉er͑e.” Voice broke, cracking enough to let a hint of him slip out, though Kaname was quick to swallow it back and hold it inside. “Nothing’s wrong, just don’t get close.”
Ah…
Still, the male wasn’t able to complete perceive what was going on, the darkness that was, at this moment, not only enveloping his Master but also himself, made it hard to really understand what was happening, to really get a feel for the situation and, rather simple, a look for it as well. But, ah, he could hear, hear the noises, the sounds, the break in Kaname’s voice and the tone resounding into it that should not be there at all, something that, instinctively, made Suzumushi take a step back, before his mind drew him closer again.
By the time steps resounded in the air around them, following the words, the breathing, every sound the spirit was able to catch, a grain of guilt, a sudden knowledge that his desire to be materialized, to reach out to the world and experience it by own hands, was the mistake made that would serve for this – distance – to linger between them, like a rift spreading wider and wider the closer of a hand reach Kaname would be to him.
“Master---?”
It sounded just as unsure as he was, when finally the last step brought him close, within any reach that might happen, disregarding and disobeying an obvious order just to install a lost feeling of shredded closeness.
And with the possibility to gather calm and sense, enveloping what had not been able to be enlightened with possibility of serene glimpse, visible eye widening in shock; what he was able to see not even remotely expected, even that, yes, the spirit should have guessed, from the voice, from the breathing, the gasps.
“I’m here.”
With the words, he would lift whatever was said before. ‘Get out of here.’ being returned with the assurance that his companion would not leave. ‘Don’t get close.’ denied with his position and stance, with the hand that was now reaching up, finding Kaname’s arm and gently, carefully, placing light fingers onto the fabric of white attire.
The male had no idea what happened, but – and that he couldn’t deny – he knew, it was his fault as well. “It will be alright, I will help you.” There was a smile, it was the least what he could do.
Why? Would you like it?
Who wouldn`t?~ Question is if you can give nicely?~
………………. Use your mouth, please.
So you want to receive?~
Is that a dick he feels against his belly? It’s probably a dick. Yes, good.
It miiiiight be actually. But don’t worry, he can control himself, at least - for now~
MASTER TEACH ME YOUR WAYS
I can help~
let the sky fall
Something was wrong. Something that would disturb the normally calm spirit in his way through the wide expanses of Hueco Mundo, as it happened quite rarely, had he found a liking in exploring the marble castle in the short times spent as manifested form of his master’s soul. But it was his master indeed that now served for insecurity and indisposition, something that with the very second reaching his sensitive senses had for a stop to force on walk idly taken, turning to glance over his shoulder as if knowing where to find the place of distortion.
He knew where Kaname was.
He also felt he would need help – if not physically, then mentally – in a fight.
Surely, there was the feeling that something had been off for a while, something happening in the depths of chambers related to the one his master would call their chosen Lord and God, a being known to the spirit, surely not taken wrongly, but he would be far off from getting himself a meaning about the one Shinigami Kaname decided to follow at any and all costs. Now and then was there the thought to ask, to question and find out why, even that silent talks with his wielder had calmed the zanpakutou and made him understand, but with the other one residing besides him, there was still doubt.
And this was now stoked by what the dark-haired male had to feel, while rushing through halls and corridors of maze-like structures, all the while on the way to the one source he swore to protect at any costs and follow with everything desired by his very heart.
“...Master?”
A quiet call the moment he reached the chamber where oscillations of reiatsu leaked out to invade his senses, Suzumushi’s voice low, nearly inaudible would it still resound in the otherwise quiet room that was – to add to that – completely dark. He knew Kaname wasn’t in need of light to move around his own chambers, but never before had he witnessed that the Shinigami would entirely leave the lights turned off and truth to be told – it unsettled him, even if only for a bit. “Master---“ Once again, the hushed call. “---please answer. What is wrong?”
Leaves both of them some sweets somewhere they'll be able to find. Doesn't really bother leaving a letter or anything of the sort, or explaining his reasons. He just... felt like doing it. Maybe he missed the Cricket a bit more than he'd like to admit.
Oh, what a nice surprise indeed.
Even that there was no sign of the gift-bringer or why ever it would be left for the spirits, the faint traces of reiatsu was enough for them to decipher who had been so noble to think about them both and go through the trouble of making sure they would receive it on such a calm and - even a bit lonely - day like this.
While female part of them, overally a bit more excited to indulge in such little gifts, upon looking at such delightful treats was lightening up delicate features with a smile, the male part turned to glance over his shoulder, frowning slightly at the thought that came with such a nice little present.
He surely could have stayed. Maybe even spent a little time with them.
It was not that the spirits were negative with each other, quite the opposite, even that himself was aware about the flustered state Lobos would fall in upon meeting the beautiful female, they surely, in their manifested form, were quite singular inside the premises of Las Noches. Even, that they had their masters.
"Hm. Maybe—-" It was everything that would leave in this low voice that would remind of Kaname’s, before he nodded to his female companion and wandered off to find the one in question.
To thank personally, as well as to invite him.

"Thank you, Suzumushi."
"You are welcome. I know, at least a little bit, how his thoughts can be, so his behavior is - strange - if it can be named like this."
"H-Hai hai. I will try my hardest so that she and I can work as one…I want to show her I accept her as my partner, and apart of my life…" She continued to smile, a hand being gently placed on the hilt of her sheathed blade.
Kyofu and I are like family. I need to start acting like it…
Of course it would take a lot of work…But the small Shinigami was determined. There wasn’t much she could do if she couldn’t fight with her Shikai. Kido and basic sword skills only got you do far.
"Hopefully we can both grow stronger as well…"

She was happy, she truly was. In the time that she had been a Shinigami, Mizuki always struggled to communicate with her Zanpakutou, because she thought they were not meant to be as one. But they were. She and Kyofu were a team and she was determined to prove that to her weapon.
"—…I will d-do just that…She is my partner, and I need to trust her like I would trust a friend, like family.” The small shinigami bowed her head in respect. “Thank you, Suzumushi, you’ve helped me g-greatly.”
Ah, this sounded well to her ears, so Mizuki had indeed understood and her little counselling had helped, in one - to lift her own mood, in two - to make her understand her own Spirit. Everything else was up to her, at least for the first few steps, as Suzumushi would always be around to be asked if any problems occurred.
A light nod was given, then a smile. "You are very welcome, I'm sure you will do good for and with Kyofu."
She continued to look down at her Zanpakutou. She could not remember a time the sword’s spirit had tried to harm her, never a time where the spirit said a single awful word in her direction. It just had been she who was not trusting her partner. Slowly, a smile played at her lips, as she nodded.
"I-I think I can trust her…She’s given me her name…She’s been trying to lend me her power…It’s about time I show her the acceptance she deserves…"
"That is pleasant to hear." And mostly likely Mizuki's own spirit would see it the same way, as the discordance with her wielder can not only harm him, but the zanpakutou as well, making it scream more than speak lightly to the one it was supposed to protect. The girl seemed much more relieved and the smile showing on her face appeared honest and gentle. "Trust her, and she will feel this. If your heart is heavy, she will realize this as well and try to comfort you, but if you can't open up to this, she will be displeased as well."
Needless to say, she was really happy. They say that meeting someone’s zanpakuto spirit was like getting to know their soul and, in this case, she was getting to know Suzumushi which, in turn, got her to know Kaname’s soul. Connection and bonding was a thing that she admired and, from the many discussions she’s had with her taichou, he speaks very happily about his zanpakuto spirit.
”Yes,” she nods. “He speaks quite fondly of you. You have a lovely bond with taichou. It makes me happy to see that.”
"It is wonderful that you think that."
Her own bond with him. How could it even be explained or described, how even brought closer to someone, why, at all, she was residing besides his own soul in a sword her former wielder had held with so much pride. But Kaname was different and yet not, he was so dear to her and the reason why she existed. And there was so much hidden to it, masked by a small smile of herself. "My own connection with Kaname is quite a - deviating - one, maybe not like you would think from any other Spirit."
A soft hum left, then a smile. "How is it with your own Zanpakutou Braelynn-chan?"
So Kyōfu accepted her as a wielder? Mizuki pulls herself to glance down at her blade, before focusing back on Suzumushi. “…She accepts me…” But she had yet to fully accept her own weapon. It was not that she feared the spirit herself, it was more of a fear of what she could do with her Zanpakutou that was holding her back. “…So all there is left for me to accept her?”
"Accept and trust her." It was a concept of both, the power in a katana would mostly change itself to an own personality of the Shinigami, own thoughts, an own will, own dreams even. "You are the Zanpakutou's wielder, Kyōfu will lend you her strength and entrusts you with the use of her true power."
A short pause, even that words were simple, the meaning behind it was an important one and would be needed to taken in completely. "All you need to do is accepting her, trusting her and find your own confidence to work together with her as a team."
