Negative thoughts from all that comparison have been taking a toll recently, one reason why I try to keep off social media. Comparing with others, questioning our own achievements, appearance, personality - it’s not very healthy at all. Drew this as a reminder to myself and perhaps to everyone who see this:

The social media only shows a portion of a person’s life. They may very well be fighting another battle we do not know of. There is no point in comparing our true reality with these ‘filtered’ posts.

Have a little more faith in yourself. You are doing just fine!
