hi! another fat person here to agree w that last anon. im very uncomfortable with how you draw fat characters, not just your sona. if it was just your sona i wouldnt care as much, but it isnt just him. it feels very fetishy and makes me feel gross. you should do better, your art has a lot of potential to be amazing if you drew fat people in a more respectful way. fat fetishism is suuper common in anthro art and im tired of it

im receptive to criticism about this but if you just tell me “youre doing it wrong” without elaborating i fundamentally cannot understand your argument.

i do not make that kind of content and i never will. i do not like it. i am opposed to it. i do not draw my fat characters in any way i dont draw my thin characters. on the contrary, i am EXTREMELY conscious of how i choose to depict my characters. i use real life references, i pay attention to the framing, i worry about it every time i draw them.

i believe that you are arguing in good faith but i also need you to understand that i dont have some secret ulterior motive when i draw my characters just existing passively. fat people being accused of making fetish art when they are just expressing their own body type is as common a problem as the fetish content itself.
