Got my first tattoo today (sorry for being basic) and it legit didn't hurt at all?? It was more annoying than anything. Like when there is a noise you can't locate and it's just loud enough to hear but not enough to actually register.

my problem is that i often look relaxed but my insides would more accurately look like a garbage disposal grinding up leftovers that were already rancid and then got pulled from the fridge a week ago and sat in the sink for too long before getting taken care of

I thought the squirrel was abusing the birds at our feeder but i think it's the other way around 😭 especially since the neighbor has essentially militarized the seagulls, crows, and other large birds around here. The small birds are riding their coattails

Yesterday my son and I were making potato soup and a lot of the potatoes in the cupboard were already sprouting so i was going to throw them in an area of our garden where we just kind of continuously grow potatoes. Before i could, he stops me with "wait, mama! They're mamas too!"

Long story short we set up a potato maternity ward (potaternity ward if you would) for them on the window sill until i can sneak them out to the garden to actually turn into more potatoes 😅 (each potato has a rudimentary health chart (root-imentary if you will) which is just a name and a tally of how many eyes have sprouted)
