Has anyone who preordered a physical copy of LTD in the UK got any update on their order?

Last I heard from Nintendo was when they emailed me on the 7th April telling me my payment will be processed shortly but I haven't heard anything since and no transaction has taken place :(

EDIT : Emailed Nintendo support and my orders on backorder apparently and it can take up to 4 weeks to get to me -.- Kinda sucky but at least I know now
