seeing it’s someone’s birthday who I haven’t seen in years but I always thought she was so nice and I wish her the best so I go to text her happy birthday and the last message was me years ago texting her inviting her to lunch the next time she was in the same town as me and she left it on seen. Well. I was embarrassed to send her happy birthday but embarrassment is temporary but kindness is my character and when you’re alone your character is all you have.
