“You will never be completely at home again because part of your heart will always be elsewhere. That is the price you pay for the richness of loving and knowing people in more than one place.”

I changed so much, but I wish it went for the better. I need to really sit down and analyze my flaws.
Oh how I missed you Tumblr. You’re the one when ya girl has problems lol.
If you want something you have to keep striving for it. People will always console you, but you don’t need pity. You get yours.
I need to start writing on here again. I have some stuff to write about.
Someday soon, I will be there.
Everybody has the right to do what they want, however, if you choose to also make decisions, then don't let the opinions of others become your consequence.
“The concept is simple. Take a blank sheet with nothing but the basic outline of a pinup girl and illustrate a unique scene around her.”

Chance the intellectual
In my last semester, I decided that I would quit my job to invest in my internship and my school. Right now, I am jobless, no longer do I intern, and I just finished my undergrad. What’s next for me? I ask myself that too. For many, the path is to find a job, and I absolutely agree. But right now I deserve this time to relax. I started working when I was in high school, and luckily for me I don’t have any debts to pay, so I deserve this. I have some money in my bank, and this will suffice for right now. But something I realized from this recent achievement is the epiphany of one the most cliche sayings, “less is more, and more is less”, and that I need to enjoy the many blessings that’s been bestowed upon me. I guess in this journey or temporary freedom, I hope to focus on building relationships with the simplest things, such as my appreciation and the priceless beauty of the world. For me to do that, I have to leave behind a mentality that makes me dependent on others. This time, I have to really encourage myself to understand that sometimes, I have to start my journey on my own. That’s not to separate myself, but it is because that is how life works. My friends and my family are busy people. They’re working, they’re grinding, and maybe even our interests are just different. I am only hurting myself and wasting my time by waiting on people’s availability. So hey, what’s the harm of just doing things on my own? I know my plans, I have directions, and I find myself amusing :)
In honor of me rejecting a boy today, here is my mom turning down a marriage proposal from a Fuckboy in the early 90s on national television. Enjoy.
